Best practice is to cancel your card.
Well, when I felt they were misleading about the price, I wrote them an email saying so and they cut the price down to what I thought it was (like $3something instead of $20something) and, I guess cancelled my account. So it's worth a try. They may be trying to save their reputation? Not sure, but my complaint was about misleading wording and layout, not an actual "lie," so, yes, worth trying.
Couldn't do it, had to cancel my card to do it.
