Hello Xavier, Thanks for asking the question. The location tracking feature requires the target device to be connected to internet. If it is offline, the location data is not able to be shared to you. This is how it works. Regards, Spyzie Support Team

Hi there, i am unable to get screen shots on the targeted android phone. can you please help.

I paid for Spyzie for 3 months in advance and this is my second week of using it. At first the capture screenshot worked awesome but not when I click on the take screenshot button, it does not retrieve any screenshots. What do I do?

Hello Steve Thanks for asking the question. If you would like to monitor an android phone, you have to install and activate Spyzie service on the target device first. If you would like to monitor an iPhone, you need to know the iCloud credentials used on the target device. And if the two-step verification is turned on, you have to manually disable it first. From Usually changing SIM card has nothing to do with this status. When the target device is powered off or fails to connect any network, you will see the offline status. Hello, Sohee. After purchasing you should log into your own device and follow the instructions there. If the target device is an android phone, you need to get access to the device and activate Spyzie service first.
