Question:

What if i don't like any of the preview items? can i just cancel the order?

Answer:

No. The COMPUTER will then select pieces to replace those in the fix. The stylist is then locked into these choices. They might have a couple items the computer picks to choose from like we do when we preview, but they do not go and pick items. So if you request color and specific fabrics (no polyester) but the computer comes back with neutrals and a polyester jacket, that's what they will choose from.

Stitch fix is a scam. i have an account with money in it but i can never get to the clothing.

Answer:

Credits are applied during checkout, not while you browse or put stuff in your cart.

Answer:

Totally legit. I am happy with most of the clothes I've received and returns are free and easy.

My first package is arriving today, but i am leaving on vacation today and won't be able to look at it for a week. what do i do about the 3 day return rule?

Answer:

Can you just call them of your delima or maybe take the package of clothes with you & try them on@ the hotel... and send back what you don't want to keep. You can put the returns in any UPS MAILER BOX.
