They have deactivated your account. Same thing happened to me when I reached out and asked if they were down. Said I violated terms which is absolutely false. There goes 40+ hours of my time and $34 I'm credit I will never receive. Scammers.

Same problem with me I've got 4 pending cash apps for over a grand and there is no phone number

They scammed me also, cannot verify or redeem my earned $25.00. In pursueing it, they claimed I violated a rule/ condition?! (BS...)I have learned, after reading all these reviews, that Im not alone here! They are doing to everyone what they are doing to me... complete scammers! WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME. NO LONGER WILL I REFER ANYONE THERE, total opposite. Site should be shut down for Fraud.

I was answered about a concern within hours of asking customer support. But getting to that point of actually asking takes some effort. It is not user friendly.
