Impossible, and if you do, they have no record of your purchase! Keep your receipts!
VERY difficult. Do not even bother with email. Use their chat and just accept that you'll have to sit there and wait until someone's available.
They are horrible. Best results in business hours by text. But your best bet is to avoid them in the first place. Never again!
Not easy at all, they do not make their phone number that easy to find and they prefer you contact them through email or text messaging. They also will send you responses from an AI so be careful.
It is virtually impossible to reach a real person. They filter all customer service questions and issues through an artificial intelligence application so customers receive automated responses. It's horrible.

Super easy, you can text, live chat, or email them... I have never had any issues, their customer service is based in California too, they are lovely to speak with!
