on 9/29/15Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck
You have to see if it's your fault? Or if it is their responsibility. If the responsibility for them, ask for mandat you correct or refund the money you paid
Don't order from them ever again. Good luck getting it resolved. I found out first hand that they don't fix issues, they do their best to avoid helping you.
I went with them to try and save $5 on the same thing I could've bought from Amazon and receive in 2 days. Instead, I lost $15 and 3 1/2 weeks. In the end I never received the product.
Email them at LCOFFLINE@tmart.com & tell them, they should sort it out like they did with me, but they only start replying st 2:30am so you have to wait a while for a reply.
This company does not seem to follow up on problems. I avoid them.
