I am not aware of any other companies selling a similar product. I wish there was equal competition of the product, forcing tonal to improve on the mechanical problems and customer service.

We liked the concept of the machine, unfortunately was not aware of the problems with the mechanical parts and the horrible customer e.

Very difficult! You only get overseas support and they read off a script and do not communicate to the company your problems.
