Try 2 months. I tried contacting ultrasabers' emails and phone # but they did not respond. I had to forget about the order entirely before it arrived

I would email their customer service team sooner rather than later. While it seems that most orders are completed in 3-4 weeks, if it turns out what you ordered is actually unavailable, it could be a lot longer.
