I have yet to receive anything in the mail. Not one email confirmation on shipping, but yet Ive been charged on my credit card account. Also when I look at my account on here it says that I haven't made any purchases.

They charged my cc and three days later they sent an e mail telling me the dress I was expecting anytime is out of stock. I had to tell them I didn't want a different dress.

If your credit card was charged, you should've gotten an email about your order with a number. It's my experience that I got an order confirmation email after purchasing. Best thing to do is go onto twitter and see what you can find out there. Best of luck!
