Trying to check my balance and it keeps saying system error

Same here. Called in and they said it was locked for my protection against a fraudulent merchant, which makes no sense since I just opened it myself and used it at a trusted store. Call in and they can re-issue a new card, though that will take several weeks to arrive

Get your money back & burn the thieves card. This company is holding folks money under a false fraud claims, I just got mine settled & hopefully will be getting my money back soon. Good luck with this company you'll need it
