I received an email confirming they received order. If you have an order number you should email them and check the status. Our dress was custom made so the emailed me to make sure all measurements were accurate.

We didn't get an email when I ordered my dress but it did arrive I payed 10 pounds to have it delivered by the 1st but it came about 3 days late there dresses although it's a. UK website come all the way from China
