on 9/7/17Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
I waited for an hour twice the first customer service was whispering but no help at all said some one will call me back. Wait a week and half then call back waited another hour to get a human on the phon who was no help at all said he understands but the sell is out of stuff and I have to contact the sell myself cause it's an outsourced seller. Cancellation and refund is only available 30 minutes after placing an order. I can't cancel or get a refund. He suggested I wait for the order when it comes to reject the order and hopefully that will solve my problem for a refund and cancellation
They hang up on me 3 times. They are taught to apologize only. Apologies do not resolve my issue,

I have the same issue. No one picks up or even call back when you request for call back.

I tried this number you dont get a human only a recording maybe the president of Walmart should try to get someone on the phone
