Hi my name is amber and i am about to order a few stuff its like 200 $ worth but i'm doing it with a gift card i have to order ( havent yet) but after reading all of these reviews. should i still order it?

Misty, thank you for your honest feedback! Amber, Misty is right! The most important thing is if you run into any issues, you can always email shopping@wanelo.com and we'll help you right away! We also take security seriously on Wanelo, so what Misty is referring to is that sometimes transactions will trigger our system that will require extra verification from you. But that doesn't always happen, and if it does, you'll get an email with quick next steps. Question:

It has now been 9 days and my product still hasn't shipped

Answer:

You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Hi quicksilver v.! The Wanelo Shopify app is completely free; however, once you are enabled to sell on Wanelo, we charge a 10% commission on all fulfilled orders. Commission is automatically taken out of the order subtotal. You don't pay us anything until you make a sale. Have more questions? Hi, so i've been trying to buy this bathing suit on wanelo for a couple days now, but it keeps telling me that i have to verify my billing information, meanwhile nothing is wrong with it. i 100% know nothing is wrong because i just bought something yesterday online and it says it's on its way. please tell me why i can't order, i really like the bathing suit a lot. thank you.

I found a pair of shoes i wanted to buy, but i wanted to check the reviews before i purchased them. most of the reviews were not good. should i still get them?

Question:

I have purchased off of wanelo a few times in the past and never had a problem, now with the on site purchases i have run into a huge issue. i wanted to order a selection of items, but because of the inability to add items to a cart on site my card was alerted as suspicious and put on lock down. after looking through the faq and 'help' section of the site, which in some cases was completely blank or a bad link, i emailed costumer service (which was a pain to even find the email address) and got my card unlocked from my bank. but i still can't fulfill my orders because wanelo is still declining my card. i cannot find a phone number in service or even linked to the company and still have not received an email back. for a site whose full purpose is to link shoppers and sellers, this is a huge design and business flaw. i will sadly never look at the site the same and most likely never buy from the awesome brands sold solely on wanelo. this shopping experience was a huge disappointment compared to the wanelo i used about a year back. please inform me on how to properly get in touch with wanelo's customer service, because this seems like the only place people are getting answers.

I want too track my package

They provide tracking in my case that never showed movement. That tells me the got a tracking but never sent the parcel
