Hello, Yes your booking went through and you upgraded from "BASIC" economy to Regular economy. The regular economy allows you to have a seat number assigned NOW instead of waiting to get it on the day of departure. It also allows you to use the Overhead bin for a carry on suitcase. Hello, the best thing to do is to call the airline directly before purchasing the ticket. Some airlines do not allow dogs, and the ones that do allow them typically charge fees of $100 or more. Thank you for your question. The fares you show on our site INCLUDE our fee. The actual price is the airfare plus a $15 charge, but once again this is added together and the fare quoted includes that amount (although billed separately on your credit card). Are you sure you were on our site? whatscheaper.com When you click the purchase button you should see the screen change and a message come up telling you to please wait while we process your request, then within a minute a confirmation page would come up with a confirmation number and your itinerary. At the same time as it is showing you the confirmation page it will also send you a acknowledgement email, and shortly after that you would get another email with the ticket information. If that did not happen to you then I question if you were on our site or another travel companies? Keep in mind we ask you to compare our prices with our competitors and we link you to them. It's possible that you decided to purchase with one of them?
