Oh No! I've just booked a ticket through your website ( I though I was on Kayak and somehow found myself on yours) and am now reading the reviews calling your operation a SCAM! I'm terrified that I will be out almost $700 which I can't hardly afford in the first place! I have yet to receive a confirmation number / email and this just doesn't look or feel right to me.

What is a "normal" processing time to get a confirmation from a reservation booking? All other carriers and 3rd party sites are within 1-2 hours, even for international.
I need help from a What'sCheaper staff regarding a ticket booked 5-6 hours ago and still no confirmation showing up in my inbox or spam.

Hello,
Yes your booking went through and you upgraded from "BASIC" economy to Regular economy.
The regular economy allows you to have a seat number assigned NOW instead of waiting to get it on the day of departure.
It also allows you to use the Overhead bin for a carry on suitcase. We assigned you window seats
If you want something else just reply to the email confirmation that we sent you.
