I would like to inquire about an order I placed.
On 18 Dec I ordered two items, # 27695345 but got only one. I wrote you three times, no answer. This is about $54, I really deserve to be answered!!!
I ordered mid-November, haven't received my order yet. I contacted the company mid-December to check as I hadn't received notice that my items had been shipped, they said they were doing their best to get my order shipped and would let me know when it was. It's now mid-January, I've had no notice of shipping, my emails haven't been answered, and my items haven't arrived. Are they going to??? Order #7991569
Why do I only get automated replies to emails falsely promising my email will receive attention. Also my order 'claims' that you have attempted to contact me - no contact has been received in any form - why?

this company does it exist all ?
Why does it take so long for WoJ to ship an order when all items ordered state "in stock"? Is your average turn around time 6 WEEKS to ship? Would REALLY APPRECIATE a reply as to what has happened to delay the shipment of my order#3737613!?!?!?!?!

Yes, I also received that request from them. My order was over $1000 though. They said it was a security measure due to the relatively large order size and that my billing and shipping address weren't the same.
The order went through with no other issues though and was shipped on time so I was overall satisfied with the service.
