After Worthy reviews an item, would I be able to refuse to sell if I don't agree with the starting price?

Yes, Worthy photographs your item and gets it appraised. Worthy will suggest a reserve price. You can set your own, though, like I did. Had my ring not reached the reserve, I would have had the option of accepting the sale or having my ring returned. I set my reserve price 5% over what they suggested and I received double what I set as my reserve. Something to note is since my ring had a flurry of attention on the last day, Worthy extended my auction time enabling me to receive more bids. My ring sold last night and I had an email this morning saying my deposit was made to my account. I will use them again and recommend them to my family.

Hello Suzanne! Yes. If you are not satisfied with the highest offer and it falls below your set reserve price, simply request for the item to be sent back to you. From there, our support team will reach out to start the return process to send your item back in the same condition it was sent to us, no strings attached. Please keep in mind, once your reserve is met or exceeded, the sale will be finalized.
