Hi, if you can not submit online, please indicate the item (s) you wish to return and for what reason by email service@zolucky.com or chat.
We'll submit request for you.

When customer have the order number, to submit your return request, kindly please visit https://zolucky.com/order-query, use your email address and order number to log into your account - click on "return" button to submit a return request. This process does not require registration. You are recommended to use a computer to finish this process.
