Good luck getting a refund. I've been waiting a month for them to refund my account. They tell me they are very busy with customers so it is taking a while.
I went through PayPal to complain about this company (I found it humorous they are labeled as an "electronics" company in their website). They had this email address linked to the transaction: myhahacloth@gmail.com I hope it helps, but I can tell you it won't. I sent about 30 emails and 4 messages through their website contact page and got nothing but the runaround. The reps either repeated themselves or basically blocked progress. They are actually overseas and will tell you to keep the item and will only partially refund the product cost. They said they will refund all my money if I returned the item to them, but the shipping was going to be more money, and they wouldn't add that to the refund. JUST NOT WORTH IT. Too much work on the customers part for nothing in return.
They run small, in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend ordering ANYTHING from them! Customer service is terrible and returns will get you NO REFUND! My credit card company couldn't even get me a credit when I disputed charges. My tracking number showed my return was received but nothing. It's a buyer beware company!
