I was so please to find a crate for my medium sized dog on this site. My local retailer was out of stock. They offered to order one for me. That's when I learned the price on the tag and Barcode was wrong, it would take up to 6 weeks. Not only was the cost much less than the exact crate at my local Animal Supply Store, it was shipped and received within 2 days. I was impressed with the site and shared this site with friends and family. My dog LOVES hit new crate.

I ordered some dog treats in early December. I ordered 4 packages. Before they arrived, this company changed addition $ to my visa. When the package arrived I was missing one package of treats. I called that day and was told they would immediately mail the missing package. It didn't arrive so I called back 1/5/21. She said I was credited for the treat on 12/8 but I told her my bank account shows I was charged, she obviously was unhelpful so I asked to talk with someone that could help me. She said I'd get a call back within 24 hours. When I didn't get a call back I called back. This person said I was given a credit and am email was sent earlier that day to let me know. I looked in my emails and spam and did a search for an email from them. Nothing. I told her I did not want a credit to this untrustworthy company. She said she'd ask fro a refund. I told her I wanted what I ordered. No refund just the product I was promised twice. She said she reaffirmed that I still wanted a call back. She said I wouldn't hear from them for 24-48 working hours. I told her that is not what I was told the day before which was 24 hours. So I get an email and they said they'll send me a check. In The emailed I received she did not identify herself from 1-800 pet supplies and the email had two different companies I never heard of on it. What's even more infuriating, I never received any emails from them from when I made the order, when it was mailed, any explanation it was missing an item, that they received my complaints. The only email I received was from this I identified person saying they were going to send me a check (which didn't even acknowledge the amount). Don't confuse 1-800 pet supplies with 1-800 petmed. I have never had a problem with 1-800 petmed but I will never do business again with1-800 pet supplies. How they stay in business is beyond me!

BEWARE! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! I bought a pet carrier from 1-800-PetSupplies on 7/11/2013. This item was said to be in stock and would ship within 3-5 business days. Today is 07/29/2013, I still have no pet carrier AND this company is procrastinating, creating obstacles and resistance to refund me with the amount of the bag that never existed ($69.95). Not to mention when I first requested a refund, they replied saying that "Please be advised that we will make all attempts to cancel the order for you but it is not a guarantee". Mmmm what?!? But you don't have the product! They can't deliver what I bought, or refund me, I have been contacting them asking for a refund for over a week now and they reply me with vague emails and keep making me wait longer and longer with no refund in sight! Really. I dont say this often but I'M TRULY SHOCKED! They tell you they are going to get back to you, call you back and they simply don't. Then you have to call again the next day, be on hold forever, talk to someone and they just wont help you! Then you write another email, ask again for your refund for a product you never even freaking touched... and they reply with another vague answer, making you wait longer and don't help you! They claim it is a problem with their vendor, but how is that my problem? Last I checked, I did business with THEM, I paid THEM, THEY told me the product was in stock, not their vendor! If they were on top of their game to begin with the item would have been listed as backordered with no estimated date for delivery and that would have avoided any problem! Which is exactly the situation I encountered, no product, no estimate availability... okay, but NO REFUND?! They are not cooperating with me at all! I'm pretty easy, I dont even really care about the mistake of claiming the item was in stock when it wasn't, or calling after 2 weeks of thinking the product is on its way just to learn that I am not gonna get it at all, because it was never available! BUT the fact that 18 days later I cant get a refund for an item they are not going to deliver to me is just too much to handle and is this is way I am contacting the better Business Bureau to report them right after I am done leaving this review in as many sites I possibly can to avoid any good faith customer go through the joke I am going through right now dealing with this dreadful company 1-800-PetSupplies.
