I ordered over $100 in flower arrangement for my Daughter-In-Law for her Birthday. I received an e-mail at 5:04pm saying that my order had been delivered. I called my family & they never received. I contacted 1-800Flowers & was told they would "resend it". But it would not be delivered on her Birthday. Now why would I want flowers delivered after her Birthday? I could get no where & spoke with a manager. This was a waste of my time. I don't know if the florist placed the order, or the delivery person kept it them self. I cancelled order & will order with another company in the future. And let other know to save them the headache. The Worst Service Ever, Cindy P. Order#W*******7140

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from this company. They do not really care. I got my $ refunded. But could have gone with a company that would have not "lost" the order. As it was a Birthday Flower Arrangement it needed to get their on time. Why would you want to get Birthday Flowers days after the Birthday. Terrible Customer Service! If you want your order to not 'get lost' or get their on time. Then Do Not Order from 1-800Flowers.com Thank You, Cindy P.

The last couple of time I've ordered from 1800flowers.com some of the flowers have arrived broken or bent. Fresh flowers are too expensive for this to happen. I won't be ordering from them again.
Agent #1, D. J.: Did not write my specifications for the arrangement down, nor correctly spell my email address so I could get a receipt, although he repeated after me several times so I could make sure he understood. I asked for blue vase and extra blue delphiniums--got a clear vase and cheap PURPLE lattice! Did not get conveyed to florist and no email receipt.
Agent #2, Kalanji: (12 hours later) Said there was no record of my order substitutions. Had no Order # to give since first agent did not provide, even asked! Would credit 50% and send email receipt with $20 gift card. Did not receive receipt.
Agent #3: MaryGrace (5 days later) identified email was misspelled. Took it down correctly. Email should come within half-hour. No receipt.
Agent #4: (10 days later) Quit trying to remember names. Said email was still not correct. Took correction. Email should come within half-hour. No receipt.
Agent #5: (12 hours later) Repeated MISSPELLED email--STILL not corrected! Repeated correction. Email should come with minutes.
Ordered flowers in plenty of time to be delivered on the day promised/confirmed. No delivery on the requested date, or on the next date! Now, empty-handed, and they have my money. Took $ and ran!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Customer service personnel can hardly speak English. Not at all prejudice, just like to understand the person I am conversing with, and not have to repeat myself over & over.
