Very easy to navigate and great instructions for measuring and ordering. Samples came quickly which helped decide on the perfect white!
Ordered a large shipment of 13 blinds for a client. Blinds shipped from Korea thru DHL. First delivery of 3 blinds arrived "almost"on time. Remaining came in 4 separate shipments, the last more than a week later. Quality and price were fine (although one was incorrectly sized) but client was unhappy because they had to live without window treatments for so long. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered 4 "quick ship" blinds, due to ship 11/29 for delivery by 12/6. As of today, 12/5, they have not shipped. I will not use again.
Every step of the process went smoothly. I did have a home improvement friend install them for me, she stated instructions were straight forward and is planning to get cordless ones for her home now.
I last ordered from American Blind when you had to do it by phone!

I was helped by Chad Black on the phone. He was very, very helpful with my questions and decision-making. It has been about a month and my wife loves her new motorized blind.
I RECEIVED THE ORDER AT THE ESTIMATED DATE; HOWEVER, THE ORDER WAS SHORT 6 PIECES AND BY THE TIME I RECEIVED THEM, MY HANDYMAN WASN'T COMING BACK TO INSTALL 6 PIECES SO I HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT MYSELF AND CUT THEM A LITTLE ON THE BOTTOM.
Easy process. Now I hope the color is similar to the online sample!

The Roman Shade I purchased and received was the wrong style, color and material. It wasn't easy to contact customer service either. Once I emailed their "SocialCare" rep and wrote a review on sitejabber, however, I got a timely and satisfactory resolution to my concerns. I was very pleased to finally have contact with the right rep and that they were apologetic and extremely helpful. Mistakes and problems will always happen but how they took care of it that made all the difference. Special thanks to Lauren who really took care of business!
So far so good. We will not be able to install till April. Can you extend the 30 days to April 10,2024 please. At that time we will install, and return if not good.
I did not see a shipping address until after the ordered but I called and sales quickly resolved the issue and sent me a confirmation.
