For all the online stores, I have tried, this was the more legit one. So, I trusted them.
I recently placed an order online, but unfortunately, it was seized by customs. This was incredibly disappointing, as I was looking forward to receiving the items. While I understand that customs regulations are in place for a reason, it was still a frustrating experience. I reached out to the seller, and they were very understanding, offering to either reship the order or provide a refund. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I appreciated the seller's responsiveness and willingness to find a solution.
The vials arrived broken, which was disappointing. It affected the usability of the product, but the seller promptly offered a refund or replacement. Overall, the experience was inconvenient but the customer service was satisfactory.
