I recently placed an order online, but unfortunately, it was seized by customs. This was incredibly disappointing, as I was looking forward to receiving the items. While I understand that customs regulations are in place for a reason, it was still a frustrating experience. I reached out to the seller, and they were very understanding, offering to either reship the order or provide a refund. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I appreciated the seller's responsiveness and willingness to find a solution.
