Throughout the process of publishing my memoir, "I've Waited So Long," I have had 100% devotion to every question I raised. Trevor James, my project manager, was diligent, attentive and helpful with every issue I had. Writing a memoir is deeply personal, and I felt that Trevor handled every concern with sensitivity. He never turned away or put me off. He was always there. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Trevor and the team. Thank you again.

Mr. Danny Morrison, Senior Project Manager, was fantastic to work with. I have never submitted a book project to Amazon before, and he made it very easy for me. We had many emails back and forth along with many phone calls and I was very happy with the process. Amazon is a big corporation, but I received individualized service which was exceptional. I highly recommend him to help with any book project you may have.

When I signed up for Prohub in April of 2022, the company appeared to do its formatting without any standard publishing app, which led to numerous errors. After many months of back-and-forth emails and about six requests for a refund, I finally received a full refund. Since then, they may have purchased a standard publishing app for their books. I would suggest that anyone interested in using Prohub contact them to find out specifically what formatting app they plan to use.

I feel very blessed to have found Amazon Pro Hub to publish my book. They offer so much more than if I had published the book on my own!
I am writing this review as the publishing of my book is still a WIP (work in progress.) However, I believe my offering a review now might help other aspiring authors as they search to publish a book.
First off, I was ready to publish my book on the Amazon KDP site myself. I have a great deal of experience in the PC and Internet-based world, so, I could have done this myself. (I actually purchased my first personal computer back in 1983. This was before Microsoft Windows even existed.) Yet, once I learned all of the incredible features that Amazon Pro Hub promised to deliver, I happily agreed to have them handle the task instead.
I am very pleased with everything that Amazon Pro Hub has accomplished thus far. My project manager, Trevor James, has been magnificent in managing the entire process. (I wholeheartedly agree with the other positive reviews that have mentioned Trevor's name.) It has only been a little more than a month since I began the publishing process with them. Under Trevor's guidance, his team has already delivered on numerous important steps of the publishing process.
I look forward to seeing additional, excellent results from them in the near future, AND leaving them another five-star review!

$1000 I paid for a scam. No distribution package, they lied. And the way they tell you to publish (yourself on FREE to publish sites Amazon KDP and IngramSpark) basically guarantees your book WON'T SELL. Always asking for more money. They are thieves.

I am a first time Author who after much diligence, decided to use Amazon to Publish my book. I was immediately connected with my team leader Trevor James, who explained the editing process and let me know what to expect. That's right, I said Team. To my surprise, Amazon has a full team of professionals assigned to my Book and helping me publish the very best version. They have been there every step of the way to support a newbie Author like me and answer any and all of my questions. I am very impressed with their communication, suggestions, editing and graphic skill sets and will definitely use them for all of my future publishing endeavors. Funny, many times someone tells you to "call them anytime" but you can barely get them to even call you back. When I call my team leader Trevor James, he always gets right on the phone and takes all of the time needed to answer my questions and set my mind at ease. Amazon and their peeps have made this process an easy and enjoyable one, and I highly recommend them and their services to all Aspiring or current Authors.

I always laughed at suckers who were tricked into sending $ to places that scammed them-- until i lost $620 by AP-H. They use the AMAZON name to sucker writers to publish with them, but it's just a marketing business with no American-born employees to guide the writer- & they have no editors.My bk. Looks like it was written by Apu.

I would like to commend Amazon Pro Hub. I used this service for publishing my book - listed above - and did self-publishing. My mentor, Chris Young, Associate Manager, was awesome through the process. Getting a book to the point of publishing is a step-by-step process, and can be tedious. The whole staff was professional and amazing at helping me.

I was very pleased with the employees of amazonprohub.com. They were very courteous, and professional and detail and stayed with the timeline for the publication of 2 books, and soon will be publishing 3 more.

The team was effective at getting my book published. Solid lines of communication. Overall happy with the support.

My first time to work with AMZ to publish my memoir. Project manager was helpful in guiding me through the steps. It took several calls and missed calls and emails back and forth. But in the end, I'm happy with the result. I'm not sure how long publishing a 100-page book should take, mine took less than four months. I doubt there's any publisher out there that is trouble or problem free. It really depends on the project manager. My first one was an exercise of frustration. The second one made the world of difference. The fact that AMZ assigned me a different project manager speaks well of them. At least somehow, someone noticed and made the changed. Of which I'm grateful. Nothing is perfect, but based on my overall personal experience, I would choose AMZ Pro Hub again.

I finally finished my first book and had no clue on how to publish it, so, I was in search of a Publisher. After much research, I decided to go with Amazon Pro Hub. They are amazing! Amazon Pro Hub offered thorough review of the manuscript, line-by-line editing and proofreading, formatting and adjusting the layout as per the IPS (International Publishing Standard), book cover design, publishing on Amazon and Kindle, print on demand setup on Amazon, author's biography, and unlimited revisions and modifications, and they provide the ISBN barcode. I have complete copyrights and 100% ownership. The book is offered in different formats, i.e., e-book, paperback, and hardcover. They helped with the marketing in providing social media strategy, social media analysis, performance reporting and SEO for website and book. They also created me a website with domain hosting. A team of people are assigned to work on different aspects of the project. My Project Manager, Danny Morrison, is great! He provided a timeline of 20-25 working days (from start to finish) to get the book published. I must say that I am amazed. In my search of a publishing company, I did not find another company who offers what Amazon Pro Hub offers and at a great price. The profit margin is great too. Since starting this book project, I have submitted many changes and have had many questions. Danny has been very patient with me and always willing to explain the process. I am very pleased with the project and the progress so far. I was clueless going into this as I never wrote a book before, but after working with Amazon Pro Hub, I feel confident that they are working in my best interest. If you are looking for a company to publish your book, I highly recommend Amazon Pro Hub, after all, your book may end up on Amazon anyway, so why not begin and end with them. You will be glad you did.

When I initially sent my document to be published, everything went well and soon was live. However, when I tried to order the author's copies, they would not show on my amazon.ca site because I was using two different addresses. I spoke to several people at Amazon and was finally told to delete everything. Unfortunately, this deleted my KDP account as well. It took some time to sort this out and cost me extra money to republish. Even then, for some weeks, the paperback edition did not show. In the end, once all formats became available, I was happy with the final edition. I am also impressed with the efficiency that orders are received by the end user. Shawn Russell has been a wonderful help along the way.

From the start everyone was very patient and understanding of my requests. They were very fast but good at their work and hallowed me bring my dream to life. I recommend them highly.

Mark has done a great job in the marketing and publishing of my book. We all faced some challenges from my original publisher, but Mark kept at it and helped me disengage from that company. My book is now published and available in kindle and softcover versions. I am very happy with the marketing and book trailer that Amazon Prohub provided me.

Mark Williams was my night in shining armour. He listened to me and kept me updated on my project status. He taught me things I didn't know. He has given me encouragement and ideas for the best marketing for my books.

It took awhile to get the book Formatted on Amazon, but Amazon Pro Hub finally did. It's not a fast process. I would have given it 5 stars, but the communication was far from perfect. I kept having to write to them to ask questions of what progress was being made. The signed agreement did not state that I would be starting with the process to be groomed for more money. Be prepared as it's best suitable for previous authors! I was blindsided and felt it should have been communicated from the start. I just wanted what I paid for. Eventually it was done.

The Amazon Pro Hub team has and continues to do an outstanding job! The attention to detail, personal and professional connection, direction and customer service is to be admired. The team's cohesiveness and ability to work as one unit, shows credit to their company and customers alike. I have a Master of Business Intelligence with a focus on customer relationship management. With that, customer service is my primary focus. Mike Davidson and his team have far surpassed my expectations.

I truly commend him and the team for a job well done and the image that they cast upon their customer base. I would highly recommend AMZ Pro Hub to any and all that inquire about publishing a personal or professional book.

I have been working with the members of Amazon ProHub for the past month to get my first book published. The book is 600 pages and they have already preformed three edits which were all helpful. I have reviewed each of their responses and we are very close to completing the process. I initially worked with Alex, and then Mike. For the past couple weeks, I have been working closely with Chris Young finishing up the details. I have received my two ISBN numbers for the hardcover and paperback copies of the book. Amazon ProHub is not only working on getting the final copy of the book published they are currently doing pre and post marketing for my book. At this moment I feel confident we will get the entire project completed within the next two weeks. When the book is completed and for sale on Amazon, I will definitely write another updated review.

They did a parable job! Jack up my book with their resizing and then one of their employees texted my cell trying to get me to spend another 200-400 on a one time print fee. It was a scam! I asked for my money back and they are tell me no. Horrible!

**To make a long story short: Amazon Pro Hub took a very long time to deliver no value.

**The details: I wanted this to be a positive experience, because I'm very busy and my son was so excited to publish his book. However, I wish I had worked with another company to achieve our goal.

Amazon pro hub responded to my inquiry about publishing my son's book. We agreed on a $350 contract which comprised 11 tasks to be delivered within one month.

I saw the amazon name tied to this company and some decent reviews. I paid in full at the time of the contract. Amazon Pro hub consultants took 8 grueling months to deliver only 5 of the 11 tasks in our contract. In the end my son's book was never assembled or published. During the experience Amazon Pro hub changed project managers twice. When the book process continued to drag on into month 6, I asked to be reunited with the original PM (hoping that would ignite accountability and drive completion). He informed me that he had been promoted and was now too senior to talk to me and asked me to pay an additional $150 to complete the job. My son's book was less than 20 pages, short text and and primarily pictures. Outside of developing the book cover from a photo we provided, even with their formatting work, the book looks very similar to the way I sent it. After several phone conversations and email exchanges with different people in their leadership team, I had to let it go. As a final request, I asked for a partial refund (of the 6 tasks they'd failed to complete), to no avail.
I committed to myself that I would write a review to help others to avoid making the mistake I did. I wish that amazon pro hub or amazon could have helped us make good on what we wanted to be a $350 investment into my son's authorship debut. The $350 now feels like a sunk cost. My son is now a full year older so his back cover biography is outdated. He's asked me about the book and we are unfortunately starting from scratch.

Because we have not received closure or our paid-in-full product, I welcome a value-added response from Amazon Pro Hub and/or Amazon to this post.

Knowing nothing about publishing, and not being sure of the service I was signing up for, or how I would interact with the invisible work crew, I was immediately reassured when a live voice came to my rescue. It appeared that our "manuscript" was unconventional and did not flow automatically through the editing and publishing process. Several times I thought we would have to punt, but Joe Wilson and Chris Young and the team of Kevin, Danny and Daisee kept reassuring us that not only can it be done, but our book would go live for the author's 106th birthday party. We are grateful to the "team" for taking this manuscript which documents the historic preservation of one small town written over a 40 year span, and publishing it into a book, now available to others who might be facing similar obstacles.

Had an excellent experience with publishing my book. Mike Davidson and Alex Roy were excellent to work with through the entire process.
