Came to the store undecided and the employees helped me choose an item I've never had before. Great choice of snack. Friendly service.

I visited the Medford, Oregon location today. We were the only customers, but the 4 employees behind the counter were engaged in conversation. We politely asked for a moment to review the menu since it was our first visit. When we were ready to order, the manager and the original employee briefly acknowledged us but continued their conversation. One of the other two employees smirked and walked away. After waiting for 2 minutes, we left. The poor customer service and disrespect left a negative impression, and I question the restaurant's future. As someone with previous experience as a sous chef in fine dining, I find these attitudes concerning.

Tip for consumers:
The employees that worked on 11/05/2023 had a bad attitude. It was like they didn't want customer's at all.

I ordered a pretzel bucket which comes with no sauce. $24 and I had to purchase my own sauces. Then the cheese sauce is cold and separated very unappetizing. Will not receive my business again.

I placed an order for delivery. An hour after the order was supposed to be delivered they canceled the delivery without explanation and refused to refund my money. Thieves.
$19 for two pretzels with cheese. WTF. They weren't even that good. Word of advice would be to go to a store and buy a box or two for that price and enjoy them at home. Then they even prompt you for a tip.
Best pretzels and service. Staff very nice. Long wait but worked quickly. Love the cinnamon pretzels.
While staying nearby, we needed a little snack several times due to all the walking around the Walk of Fame. This was the perfect snack place. Small and tucked away into the Hollywood and Highland it is still easy to find as it is located near the escalators.
Bad customer service at the Northwoods location and they are always out of the mini pretzel dogs. Never fails, I've been there three times and they were out. When asked if they will make more, they say that they won't.
I was shocked when I went to get a plain pretzels from auntie anns, & it was 7$, for a pretzel?! It had been a long time since I'd had one, but I still remembered how good they were, so I got it, & it was definitely not what I remembered, not worth the money for sure, very disappointing.
I love a good pretzel. Auntie Anne's has the best. My favorite is the cinnamon pretzel. I also love the sour cream & onion. I have tried almost all of them. It is very hard to have a favorite one because they are all so good. They are soft and delicious. I love the dips they have to go with them as well. I can't help myself every time I go to the mall. I have to get one. For anyone who loves pretzel's this is a must. Sometimes when I get in line I stand there and can't make up my mind. The people behind me get mad because I keep changing my mind. They are all so mouth watering. I by boxes of them and bring them home. Because they are best when warmed up. I take a paper towel wet it and then ring it out real good. Then I wrap it around the pretzel and put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. It makes it warm all over again without making it rubbery. Annie's pretzels are a true delight, something simple that taste so good. They have come out with new flavors that top each other. One of the neatest things I have ever had is there great pretzel dog. It's a warm pretzel that is handmade and wrapped around a hot dog then cooked to perfection. It is way better than a bun. I put mustard on them and its a meal in itself. Enjoy. http://www.auntieannes.com
