Auto FX Software

That I ask to be able to withdraw my funds in vain, I cannot recover my funds that I invested, although I send them dozens of messages and emails, no response I no longer have any contact with them, I will have

Bought a new MacBook and transferred all my software to the new one, checked a few programs and they worked so I upgraded the OS of the old computer and gave it to my parents. The next month I go to open Auto FX and it ask for the activation code, so I logged on their site found it, entered it, and I get a message to try it again or call customer support. No cigar, nothing from support by phone or email. Went over to my parent's home to see if I needed to deactivate it, but received the same message on the old computer. After paying a little over $200 I'm very disappointed that I couldn't upgrade my OS and still use it nor can I move it from one computer to another one. I've moved Topaz, OnOne, and other applications with no problems, why do I have to purchase another copy if I upgrade my OS or buy a new computer?

I bought Mystical Lighting by autofx years ago and it worked fairly well at creating shadows and lighting effects for photoshop 4 back in the day. I recently had the need to create again some mist and shadows for an image and reinstalled Mystical Lighting. It did not work on the new version of windows so I was forced to Upgrade or buy an entirely new version. I can understand them no longer supporting old software and charging me a little bit more for the new software, but the price was almost like buying it all over again. Since I liked the software I bought the first time around, I was excited to see what changes they have made after all of these years for the much higher price. GUESS WHAT? It was exactly the same software. No changes. Why would I pay again for the exact same piece of software years later? It is too bad this company didn't try and keep up their work, because 6 years ago, they had some nice stuff.
