Do NOT BUY! Bought the GRFX Studio Pro AI from them a year and a half ago. Less than six months later, I have to upgrade my HD and the program had to be reinstalled. It will not activate and no one at Auto FX replies to my multiple customer service help requests online or replies to phone calls requesting help. I got to use the program maybe three times before the hard drive upgrade and have found that I wasted $150 plus tax on a company that doesn't give a fig newton about their customers.
Tip for consumers:
Bought the program. Worked fine til I upgraded my HD less than six months later. GRFX Studio Pro AI had to be redownloaded. Program will not reactivate no matter what. Auto FX Software will not respond to my multiple online customer help requests or phone calls to make this right and essentially have stolen $150 from me.
Bought this service based on Netchimp review. Site said pay $27. Did so to get my iPad unlocked in 1-24 hours. Got email after saying it was a "prepayment" and demanding another $42 to finish the job with now a 2-3 day wait. Am immediately contacting my card company to issue me a new card and refund my money/cancel the transaction.
