Bare Necessities

I am familiar with the Freya brand and ordered a Freya swimsuit from this company. It was wonderful but the robe in a different brand did not fit well. They included a return packing label and the return was effortless. I will order again from this company.

I purchased a big order ($280) at the end of December knowing I would have to return most of the bras since I'd never tried the brands before. I returned all except $20 worth and they offered me a voucher to exchange for different sizes. I took the voucher and shipped my returns back. I placed a new order of $470 and the voucher covered $230 of that (I paid $240 out of pocket). When that got here none of them fit or were comfortable so I returned everything, had to pay shipping myself too ($14). I get an email saying they are giving me another voucher when I asked for a refund. I emailed them and got no response. I chatted with them and they said they couldn't offer me a refund because of PayPal. I took it up with my CC company, but because they sent me a voucher they didn't give me a refund. Now I'm out $240! Their return policy is awful, I don't want a voucher I want a refund. I returned everything and am being denied a refund.
