Many people make the mistake of thinking that any interaction with a company is customer service. Before they get your money, it is sales. After they have your money and you have a problem with the product, THAT is customer service. And theirs is horrible! They act as though their customers owe them, instead of the other way around. Their product is not bad, and I would buy it again, if not for how dreadfully they behave if you have a problem. Frankly, I would rather have a poorer or more expensive product from anyone else than to ever give them any of my hard-earned money again. What a shame they cannot behave as though their business is entirely dependant upon their customers.
