Many people make the mistake of thinking that any interaction with a company is customer service. Before they get your money, it is sales. After they have your money and you have a problem with the product, THAT is customer service. And theirs is horrible! They act as though their customers owe them, instead of the other way around. Their product is not bad, and I would buy it again, if not for how dreadfully they behave if you have a problem. Frankly, I would rather have a poorer or more expensive product from anyone else than to ever give them any of my hard-earned money again. What a shame they cannot behave as though their business is entirely dependant upon their customers.

Tip for consumers:
purchase from a different manufacturer, no matter the source

The first time we tried to get them to honor their warranty on a mattress, they flatly refused. There was a small stain on it. I do not know why this would matter unless they intend to reuse the worn-out old mattresses. The second time, it took months to get them to honor the warranty, and they replaced it with a worn-out, used mattress! I could hardly believe this! We took the "hit" of a restocking fee to return it, and will never buy a bed, or anything from them, ever again!

They are one of these sites that will not let you quit, once you start paying them. They have a link for cancelling a subscription that does not work. They do not respond to email. They ignore the science when it conflicts with their political agenda... which of course means that what they are doing is not science at all.

Waze has taken me on some weird routes occasionally, when there is a traffic blockage ahead, that I do not know about. I use it all the time. And once in a while they have celebrity voices for the directions. I always find those really funny. :)

I am really not crazy about them. I only subscribe while new Star Trek Discovery episodes are coming out. Then I unsubscribe until more become available. I feel held hostage by them. I don't like the interface, and I do not care for 95% of the garbage they provide. The only reason I ever give them any money at all is to support the production of new Star Trek. And I would rather be able to just buy individual episodes of it, as they come out, so that I can make it clear THAT is what I am paying for.

They do not honor their return policy. They do a terrible job of grinding the lenses. They are an awful company. I am going to have to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Hopefully Visa will stop letting them accept Visa credit cards.
