I actually received a basket from BasketsUS and when my gifter saw a picture of what was sent, she was mortified! Cheap, cheap, cheap and NOT what was described in the product description. 3 blocks of cheese from Walmart and generic everything else. The balloon was nearly deflated and the flowers were partially dead. Price...over $100! My gifter tried to contact customer service and they were not helpful and offered a small refund but made you jump through hoops to get it. Don't ever buy from this company!

We opened a gift basket sent from BasketUS yesterday. What a disappointment! I don't know how much money the sender spent but every item was below average.
1. The 8.5 x 11 copy paper card was hardly readable. It looks cheep and the „on behalf" Eva was incorrect and the same as „a Gift for" Eva.
2. the chutney jar was opened and was spilled inside the box.
3. the olive jar was also open and oil spill on other items.
4. the cheese spread was warm and not refrigerated as indicated on the label.
5. i don't recall tasting a wine that bad. My wine for cooking is better than that.

I really don't understand the high ratings you are getting.
Sending sensitive items un-refrigerated shouldn't be legal. It could have coursed serious health issues if we didn't read the label.

I recently received a gift basket from a friend and was blown away by the quality and presentation. The basket was filled with an assortment of gourmet chocolates, cookies, and snacks. It was the perfect indulgent treat! Highly recommend!

Do not order from the company. Complete crap and not what is advertised. Talked to the company about why they did not send what was pictured and they said I should have read the fine print. They can make substitute products for thing they do not have. Not one product was what was advertised.
