I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with a gift delivery service that I feel compelled to share. In my opinion, this company has earned its reputation as one of the leading scammers in the industry. The entire process, from placing the order to attempting to contact their customer service, has been an absolute nightmare.

After carefully selecting a gift and opting for express delivery, I paid an additional $20 for the service. My expectation was that the gift would be delivered promptly, ensuring a timely surprise for the recipient. However, to my utter dismay, it has been over 10 days since placing the order, and neither the gift nor any updates regarding its delivery have been received.

I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the company's customer service department, but my emails have gone unanswered. It is deeply frustrating to invest both time and money into a gift that never reaches its intended recipient. The lack of communication from the company only exacerbates this feeling of being cheated.

What adds insult to injury is the fact that I paid a significant amount—$250—for the gift and its express delivery. To be treated in such a careless manner is completely unacceptable. At leat Paytm is clear with policies and support.
