This hotel was incredible clean staff was awesome and breakfast was good beds r super comfy definitely going back
Super clean rooms. Corey, the acting GM works hard to live in solutions not problems. As a high risk domestic violence survivor, I can't even find words at how important that kind of attitude is. One staff member at the front desk ruined my sense of safety and security though. We'd all agreed to move me to a more secure space. I am qualified person for the purpose of inspection and reporting as health and safety officer. Given some irregularities from the time I left until I returned, I requested a maintenance person attend my room to document and report a number of observations made by me earlier in the day and upon my return. To Baymont's detriment, this staff member inserted herself into my maintenance request. She overshouted, interrupted then disregarded my 3 decades of risk management and observations by saying "no one was in my room". She then stated she had been in my room, unbeknownst to me. Good practice might have been for her to admit she had actually been in the room for over an hour. And instead of collaborating to get to the bottom of changes in the room by telling me when she came through for her 'inspection', she told me to pack my bags and leave. I can only say, since she was the only one in the room, perhaps it was her whom my ex and the usual suspects used to access and continue a pattern of harassment and intimidation. I don't recommend a stay in this hotel as staff will enter without notice and do notcooperation towards a shared end of safety and security.
I booked the hotel with booking.com once I got to the hotel and went into room it had a bad odor. I have stage 3 COPD. I turned on the old wall unit air conditioner and the smell was worse. I quickly realized that the room would make me sick. I went and told the hotel clerk she said she could not refund my money because I booked through booking.com. So I had to sleep in my car. The hotel is saying that they gave me another room. This is absolutely a LIE. And will not give me a refund. There are no photos because I can't photo air quality.

I'm being tested for myocotoxins from a year of mold exposure in my last house. If I don't sick from a non serve safe certified person making breakfast daily they'll make me sick spraying my room so full of MY OWN LYSOL that I can't breath. I have asthma and damage from mold. Maids are entering my room everyday to leave a floor mat and bar of soap. No towels, toilet paper, coffee, or facial tissue and they haven't cleaned or vacuumed. I believe this is harrassement. They thought I had the hotel stray cat in my room and demanded me put my cat out of my room. When I called the hotel and asked my room not be entered the owner made a visit to my room. The maids said owner been in your room and is going to charge you $75. Maid came banging on my door 30 minutes later talking about how I was being charged 150. Not 75 but 150. They took this money from my account without my permission. This place doesn't look any Baymont by Wyndham I've ever seen. Not even close. Lobby has big boards over the window. Looks like someone used caulk to fix a hole in the drywall. WTH I called customer service at Wyndham and I'm guessing they condoan this unethical behavior. They only thing I got from corporate customer service is patched thru in a phone call with the front desk and the customer service representative left the conversation. They went from harassing me to making sick. Thanks. I'm going to need a psychiatrist by the time I leave here. Stray cat outside my window every morning. The stray tried to come into my room this morning. OMG! Mine health and my cats health is now at stake.
