I have placed trades, withdrawn funds, spoke to customer service and even have my own dedicated account manager which is fantastic. Communication is never a issue as there are so many ways to get in contact with them around the clock. I cant take any profits out they block everything.
Ive paid them their taxes, Ive paid their broker fees and they have set up the payout but it never happens,
I have also lost alot of money to Bits - N- Coins for about $40,000.00 on some very questionable trades and now they wont answer any phone calls or texts etc and there is still money in that account.

Bbanc changed their website address without informing account holders. However I am unable to log on to the new domain. They made me a very good return but tend to ignore me when I want to withdraw my profits.

Good selection of products to trade in global financial markets, very knowledgeable support, instant withdrawals. But no military discount while most other services honor our vets.

These people ( it is not a company) it's a selection of thieves and con men.

My experience with the managed funds is pretty poor. First was told start off with a small amount $219. They traded pretty well. Then the pressure came to had more money to make a $10k investment after a couple weeks. Added another $1000 with high transfer fees. Trading went well got to about $6K But as I was not prepared to add more the fund manager dropped me. Tried to make a withdrawal nothing happened. A second guy came along and said he would take over the account and lost $5k, then tried to get me to put in more money. Whe said no he dropped me. Third guy came along and said he would take over the account. Again he got it to about $6k, but then the pressure came to put in more money. Told him would first like to see how it operated over a couple of months and test their withdrawal system. Have had no further communication and still waiting for my withdrawal request to be honoured. No direct contact to make any queries.
Update: Was contacted and told if want to withdraw I would have to transfer 20% of the fund - not prepared to take the money from the fund in the account.
As far as I am concerned this is a scam
