1/2 of my ornaments were received either broken, damaged, the wrong color or missing entirely from the order. Customer service is non-existent. They don't answer the phone or emails. I had to open a case against them on PayPal. I paid for two items that I was shorted and they don't want to reimburse me for them. The case with PayPal is ongoing. Ridiculous. Three examples of broken or damaged items below. The flamingo's foot broke off, the Marlin's spear is broken, the toucan is missing over half of the branch he's attached to. Avoid this business.

I thought I was on Ukrainian Gift shop who I have always been happy with. Somehow I got diverted to this site. I bought the 15 dye assortment. Only 6oz of water, so you have to use jelly jars or it won't cover your eggs. The red is not red- poppy is red, and the black is dark brown and viscous. Yuck! And no matter how long you soak it, it won't be black. The eggs shown should be black, for as long as they soaked!

I ordered from them over a week ago. The purchase was never mailed. I have sent three emails asking them what is happening with my order. The last email was two days ago, and again no response!

I ordered the pysanky kit with six dyes, prepared them as instructed and only the yellow and orange dyes are dying the eggs, the rest of the colors are oily and not dying the colors they are supposed to be. So I ordered a second set thinking it may just be something I did wrong or a defective batch of dye but the same thing happened. DO NOT order dyes from this company is a ways of your money! Oh and cuisine service is virtually non existent!

I ordered some the 31 dye kit from their website that clearly stated to mix with 8oz of boiling water. When I received the dyes, the instructions said to mix with 6oz of boiling water which is a 25% reduction in what was promised on the website. When I questioned them, I was told that it was an error on their website. To this date, it is not corrected on their site and they continue with these deceptive practices!

They were also very dismissive in this "mistake" (that I have to believe has been on their site for some time) and condescending.

Be careful when you order from this company!

I ordered two Fabergé egg reproductions from this American shop. Normally, I purchase Fabergé reproductions from Russia and China or order online from Russian and Chinese vendors. I purchased two eggs from Best Pysanky last month and received them today. The box is an old Amazon Prime box covered with the shop's logo. The eggs themselves are covered in cheap plastic and shoved into random white cartons. The eggs from Russia and China however, are always carefully wrapped, placed in golden boxes that fit the eggs like gloves, and placed in sturdy shipping boxes. I was a first time buyer, but I wish I hadn't bought from an American shop aping Russian and Chinese shops. I do not recommend "Best" Pysanky at all.

The Christmas ornaments are advertised as "hand painted blown glass designed in the USA" Reproductions. I purchased two and they are made in China with inferior paints that are hazardous. They do not appear to be blown glass. The painting is sloppy and some elements of the design are stickers that are torn and peeling. They are still cute but extremely overpriced for what you are getting. Shipping was quick and they were packaged well.

These people are completely shameless. My package of $152 was delivered to the wrong address. It is more than 3 weeks I can't get a refund. They provided some documentation to my credit card company as a proof. I don't need your proof. I know the package was shipped, but I didn't get it! In this case, they have to file a claim on the UPS website and get a refund from UPS and consequently send it to me. Instead, they sent a document of shipped order to my credit card company and told me that I got a full refund. My credit company temporarily credited $152, but after these crooks sent some document, the credit was removed and the charge of $152 remains on my balance. I believe, they got a refund from UPS. So, they have now 2 x $152: from me and from UPS. Of course, if these "Best" ornaments don't refund me, I can do nothing, but wish them all the very best. One day they will loose much more. I believe in that! Meanwhile, before you decide to buy from them, think what you will get, if your package is lost. There are plenty of reliable sellers, but not this one.

Ordered about 500 dollars worth of stuff. Very Fast Shipping, well packaged! I wish you would offer more discounts for large quantities though. Thank You!
