I eliminated this store from my life. They are hopeless. I better pay higher prices for EVERYTHING on Amazon than will lose my nerve with walmart. I cancelled the membership and requested the refund. After I opened the case on PayPal, the source I paid from, these i*iots send me partial refund to the credit card, which was closed a year ago. To make the long story short, I keep the dispute open on PayPal and will be sure they returned my all money. I will drive to any of FoodLion, Publix, Harris Teeter, order Amazon Fresh online, but never-ever want to hear the word "walmart" until my grave.

Became an absolute no. All the same chefs participate in all shows. Many of them are just ordinary cooks. There are so many young talented people who can't break the wall, because of them.

I was a prime member for 18 years. The last 2 years were just aweful. Every time my order comes on the weekend, the driver picks up my order in the morning, travels the whole day and returns my order back to the facility at 10 pm. I am done with them. Here, in NC it's a joke. I just ended with them.

I was trying to give this service a chance. Nothing worked. Every time either missing or expired item or poor substitute...There are plenty of out of stock products on the grocery websites, which you order and never get. Always the same. Nothing changed in my 2 years being a customer. I closed my account. Don't bother. Just find the time to go to the store and save money and good mood.

Every time I used this service, every time something was wrong. From different groceries. I got absolutely rotten tomatoes, a huge up to 2lb! Horseradish, etc. The service fee charge is absolutely out of understanding. What it is for?! I am the Amazon prime member since 2006 and if during this entire period of time I had issues, they were ALWAYS! Solved via customer service either in chat or on the phone. On instacart, if you received an expired product, they refund you to your instacart account and if you want to use your own money, you have to post a new order same day. So, your refund works only same day. Seriously? The Instacart looks to me in the way in works like a one, big, legitimate scam. I tried a free membership with Chase credit card - nothing helped to get a better service. I cancelled everything with them and will never use it again. Unfortunately, a couple of my favorite groceries that hold a good quality products directly from farmers, are a bit far away to drive. But I better drive than spoil my nerves with instacart. If you look for the quality service, the only one is Amazon. Amazon Fresh has a not super great variety and the prices are little higher, but if you got any expired product or something was missing, you get an immediate refund.

First of all, the younger generations don't use this platform any more. Secondly, there are SO many scammers. Also, plenty of russian trolls.

I have been calling with no success for 2 days to discontinue internet service with them. I can't believe people use this monsters' services. We need a higher speed and they don't provide it in our area, so we have to discontinue with them and proceed with another service. This is the most ridiculous situation I ever experienced. I encourage people to go with any other service, but windstream. They go higher and higher with the monthly charges without any notification. I fed up from this awful company of losers. I can't believe I am experiencing such ridiculous situation with this company. And these idiots simply don't respond the phone calls. Stay away!
Update: I finally reached them after 3 days of calling. Why they didn't answer to my phone number, because the new billing cycle was approaching. They answered after my new billing period just started and I have to pay a new entire month. So, don't trust this gross where on their website says how they love us, their customers, and don't charge any penalties and discontinue service right away per our request. If you want to get rid of this "service", be sure you do it before your new billing cycle begins. Also, write down the confirmation number that your service will be discontinued on the specific date. I don't know who owns this company and don't want to know, the headquarters is somewhere in AR. Says me a lot. The people who leads this company understand NOTHING in business. This company has to disappear from the market.

These people are completely shameless. My package of $152 was delivered to the wrong address. It is more than 3 weeks I can't get a refund. They provided some documentation to my credit card company as a proof. I don't need your proof. I know the package was shipped, but I didn't get it! In this case, they have to file a claim on the UPS website and get a refund from UPS and consequently send it to me. Instead, they sent a document of shipped order to my credit card company and told me that I got a full refund. My credit company temporarily credited $152, but after these crooks sent some document, the credit was removed and the charge of $152 remains on my balance. I believe, they got a refund from UPS. So, they have now 2 x $152: from me and from UPS. Of course, if these "Best" ornaments don't refund me, I can do nothing, but wish them all the very best. One day they will loose much more. I believe in that! Meanwhile, before you decide to buy from them, think what you will get, if your package is lost. There are plenty of reliable sellers, but not this one.

This service has to quit the delivery arena. Especially here in North Carolina. Every time I see that my package left the FedEx location, I follow the delivery online. This time was the last time I purchased something with the FedEx delivery. Some idiot-driver picked up my package from the Pineville location and delivered to a different address in Indian Trail. Took a picture with my small but very expensive perishable package on the tope of some big box delivered to that address. I received the picture of the small porch of people who received my box and never bothered to bring it to me - the address was mine on that package! And I got the notification that my package was delivered. Great! I called customer service and they immediately filed the claim of missing package. Seriously? What is this? A stone age? Why don't you immediately contact the driver who responsible for the wrong delivery? He has a picture and he knows what address he delivered my package to. Later, I received a couple of automatic messages to my phone that my missing package is under investigation. Don't bother. There were perishable food products there and probably have been already eating by people who got it. To my question who will pay my $200 back, the customer service said that they will send a check to the seller. Ha-ha-ha! Why to the seller, if I am a buyer who didn't get the purchase! I have contacted the seller and we both now will be patiently waiting to resolve this stupid pre-Christmas "gift" from FedEx. Stay away from this service. Use Amazon or companies that use UPS and USPS. P.S. I gave them a call today to be sure that the value of my box was filed correct. Really? They just filed missing package sort of to find it. Oh, my... So, the girl of cs fulfilled the completely new form that I claim my money back. I don't know who owns this company, but whoever it is, understands NOTHING in business and in delivery services.

I can't get rid of this "credit". Their charges are cosmic and the minimum payments are unreasonably high. As soon I paid this card off as soon I completely close this account. The Synchrony Bank is awful in general. Stay away.

I received my plants on the 8th day after shipping. Some was certainly dead, some showed life. The live plants suppose to come within 3, max. 4 days. The worst part with this company that you don't get back any money. I will never buy from them again and will not recommend. I don't know why they are Michigan, if they based in IN.

Matthews NC store. Don't bother with online order! I came from Indian Trail to pick up the online order to hear that they don't have 3 juices of 5! Why don't you text or email that people don't waste such expensive gas? This place is a joke. Always new people and zero customer service + cosmic prices. Moreover, they didn't refund my $53.84 which I requested immediately. I disputed via my credit card service. After 2 months! I received the message from my Apple credit that this service provided the document that I received the product/service! Unbelievable! They are not just awful, they are thieves! I requested that document from my Apple credit and will investigate them differently as soon as I received it. BTW, there is a great brand "Evolution Juice", cold pressed fantastic REAL juices on amazon and instacart. After I posted my review on facebook, they deleted it!

The most ridiculous time to wait for the order I have ever experienced. One month ago I purchased a tiny book of Scriabin compositions. No update with any information! When it will be delivered? Nobody knows. This is somewhat super wrong. What a waste of time and money! I sent an email and received the response that my order is a back order by the publisher. Seriously? Why didn't you tell me this a month ago?!

I have been an occasional customer since 2015 until now. I received the email that my order was cancelled. I checked. It was $184! Somebody was trying to make a purchase to my account. It didn't go through and I got the note from etsy. Then, I checked my previous order for $12.10 which I posted. It was cancelled and I never got any notification and no refund, as well. When I contacted the shop about refund (2 days later), I immediately received the refund! Like somebody was just sitting and waiting for my message? Scam and fraud. Especially the fortune tellers. Never use that service on etsy. Most of them are scammers.

I don't know where all those positive reviews are from. I received the broken watch, sent it back, paid for it including insurance. So, they received it and accused me that I switched the watch from working to broken. Seriously? Where would I get a good one, if I found that particular model only on their website? I never buy from unknown sources, but I wanted that Lacoste watch so badly that I took a risk. I was smart enough to pay via PayPal and took a video of the watch showing why it doesn't work. I dispute them now on PayPal. Stay away from this fraud! P.S. PayPal satisfied my claim and I received the refund.

I was pretty happy with fresh the first year. Then, the missing items became systematic. Now, I didn't receive my order at all, my webpage wasn't showing any information about the order, etc. Never again. Will be shopping at the grocery self.
Update: they moved from free shipping to the charged shipping unless you buy for $100+ However, they started packing much better and the delivery has improved.
