Betangood

I purchased a Bissell vacuum cleaner from Betangood and received confirmation of the order. Four days later I received an email stating my order had been "refunded". I tried to contact the company twice to see what the problem was with no response either time. I never received the vacuum cleaner nor did I ever received a refund of my purchase price. I eventually had to file a claim with Paypal to get my refund. I eventually got my refund from Paypal because the company would not respond to their requests either. We won't deal with them again. Stay away!

Ordered Cuisinart coffee maker. Was notified it shipped via Fedex, who says it was returned to the company. Tried many times to contact Betangood but no response. Phone number listed is fake. Guess I lost my $50.00!
