I purchased a Bissell vacuum cleaner from Betangood and received confirmation of the order. Four days later I received an email stating my order had been "refunded". I tried to contact the company twice to see what the problem was with no response either time. I never received the vacuum cleaner nor did I ever received a refund of my purchase price. I eventually had to file a claim with Paypal to get my refund. I eventually got my refund from Paypal because the company would not respond to their requests either. We won't deal with them again. Stay away!
