Stunning dress and fantastic service! I found my dream dress on this website but was skeptical about ordering online. The quick response to my email questions put my mind at ease and I placed my custom order. They kept me informed the whole process and even sent me a photo before shipping which was above and beyond great customer service. They even sent me a swatch of fabric so I can take that to stores to match my flower and decor colors to the sash. The dress is gorgeous--the embroidery and bead work is top notch. It was on time like they said it would be and most importantly it fits. Highly recommend this site!
DANGER DANGER This site is a scam. Ordered dress from this site and it was never shipped. They took our money, but never shipped product. Phone number does not work, sent many emails and they never replied. Don't waste your money and time dealing with these thieves.

I loved my dress, it was just as I ordered it and came earlier than I expected it to. They contacted me personally via email to answer all my questions and were very prompt in everything.
I ordered a "Mother of the Bride" dress from www.bridalshopa.com. The dress arrived and the fit was fine - the problem is that the description stated that it was a "Mother of the Bride Dress WITH Jacket" and no jacket was included. I contacted their customer service and was told that the description was a typo and that I should have looked at the picture - if no jacket in the picture, no jacket is included! I contacted them again after I received a request to review their product - the survey description was once again "Mother of the Bride Dress WITH Jacket." They won't honor what was advertised. Another big issue is that although the website would have you believe that they are located in Texas, they are actually in China - which means that there is always a delay in communication because of the time difference. The "US" phone number provided just rings...
