Working at Bridg been one of my darkest moments as an employee. It doesn't matter if I perform way beyond expectations, if I'm not one of the "good employees" in the eye of the management, I won't be recognized. The management has obvious favoritism among employees, You'll be surprised why one of your well performing colleague got laid off and one of the "burns" in the higher executives gets bonuses and promotions by sitting all day doing nothing. I hate working in this unfair environment.

These people know nothing but how to hook in the customers. They make big promises when you are a potential customer, but their communication levels decrease when you trust them. They make false commitments and never deliver what they promised. Won't make the mistake of trusting them again!
