There are a lot of gossiping here. The work environment is toxic because most co-workers will do anything just to get ahead of everybody, and most of them will hesitate to step on others. This overly competitive toxic environment is not something you'd want to work with. I have no idea why the work environment is this terrible.

Working at Bridg been one of my darkest moments as an employee. It doesn't matter if I perform way beyond expectations, if I'm not one of the "good employees" in the eye of the management, I won't be recognized. The management has obvious favoritism among employees, You'll be surprised why one of your well performing colleague got laid off and one of the "burns" in the higher executives gets bonuses and promotions by sitting all day doing nothing. I hate working in this unfair environment.
