Build My Brand LLC

Made a huge mistake signing up with them to build my brand. I am almost 6 months into my project and the first phase (website) is incomplete still. They have continuously come back to me with website/products which are completely outside the scope of what I asked for and also cost prohibitive for me to sell. It has been a huge waste of time. They are extremely incompetent. You would be MUCH better off hiring someone off Fiverr to build your site, Amazon store, and eBay store. It would cost you 10% of what BMB would charge.

Btw I'm convinced Dani is a 14 year old child because that's the level of intelligence she has.

I purchased their Amazon Premier package and for the most part i'm satisfied with the service they provide. Some products in my Amazon store i expected to make more than 20% profit margin as advertised. I like that they offer to manage your store for you which frees up some of my time.

I decided to purchase their Amazon Premier package and I'm very pleased with the results. It's been a month since my store has been up and so far it's generating revenue everyday. I look forward to purchasing another business soon from them.

I signed up with Buildmybrand in January and it's been a pretty good experience. The first few weeks was signing up for everything which was pretty simple. The verification with Amazon caused a slight delay with my project but once we got over that hurdle things moved along pretty quick. At some points I did get overwhelmed but the team was able help guide me through. A few times it did take more than a day to hear back but it seems the team is busy. I wouldn't say it's been a perfect experience but ultimately the sales ending up making up for any bumps in the road.

I signed up for their Global Brand Package and i must say that i'm extremely happy about my new online business. The team over at Build my brand has been a pleasure to work with.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast pace industry and be on the owner side of things. So far so good. Amazon is very strict so things can take time on their end. I purchased the 15k store. Know your truth. What you can afford. Be an adult and do your part in getting everything started and maintained.

When i first saw this company i was hesitant, but the sales guy kept at it for months on end, when i was ready to do something we jumped on a call, i thought everything sounded legit.
Here is what happened next:

After paying $5k
1) 1st didnt deliver my site on time (still dont have it)
2) was supposed to get all my products on ebay, amazon, facebook, walmart ( only ended up on amazon, and product listings not optimized well
3) due to dropping the ball with the website, they decided to put liquidation products to gain more sales, sales starting coming in, but they dropped the ball not sending me invoices to pay on time, customers started complaining on amazon, ebay

Having to return items (they ruined my amazon, ebay accounts) when i ask for an explanation was always i will take care of it. A week goes by and they send me a bill, when i ask for explanation, the story was never the same, 1 min they say wont ship unless i pay, but i wouldnt get invoice for a week.

- i would send emails, attach stuff to basecamp, no replies,
- i would ask for someone to call me, a director or manager NOTHING.!

I tried reaching my sales guy, well he disappeared of the map.

I started with them beginning of March 2022, so today in June, they have yet to call me, the last request they asked was to have a meeting, to which i told them unless its senior manager i am not speaking with a project person.

Since march now, i dont have my site i paid for, no amazon, walmart, ebay, facebook. Nothing they promised. And they have vanished.

I warned them several times after not getting any feedback, that i would go to the internet... (I hope anyone considering them, think twice.)

In my opinion this has passed the project person and needs to be handled by upper level management, but clearly there isnt anyone who believes in taking care of customers.

I am warning you all, due your diligence on this company before you work with them.

Maybe others have had a good experience, but for me it hasnt,

I requested my money back, someone to call me, NOTHING.

They have simply just ignored me and taking my money...

This is the definition of a SCAM business... not true to their word.

I decided to start an online business and came across this company. Overall i'm very satisfied with the outcome of my project i also like the fact that they have excellent communication and updates.

They say all the right things at first. Take your money and do NOTHING. I signed a 60 day money back guarentee contract with them and apparently that means nothing to them. It's been impossible to get in touch with them. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM.

I started an Amazon store with BMB! Everything was good until they ran away with 10k! Just DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will make everything sound GRAND and then completely GHOST YOU! They also completely shutdown my store and changed everything and now I can't get paid by Amazon! They are just people that are here to scam innocent people and take their money! Complete regret! They need to be reported to the BBB!

Purchase one of there turnkey stores so my wife can have a business to run while at home. Where still in the early stages of our store being built but so far where happy with how things are going.
