Bouquet looks nothing like what I bought on their website. I received two emails RIGHT after purchase: 1 to say they couldn't deliver on the day I picked, 2nd email was to tell me they didn't have most of the flowers in the photo. I contacted them to make sure it would at least be the size/volume I saw on their website, to which they said yes. All lies. A $90 bouquet had a total of two roses and about 6 other flowers. AVOID this place and go direct to a local flower shop. This company shouldn't exist.
BUYER BEWARE, these guys are scam artists. I normally check reviews before ordering online, but I didn't have time. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the photo on their website. The bouquet posted had several tulips, and the flowers delivered had half the amount. They will offer 20% discount, if you call them on their BS. I also paid for the upgrade to add more flowers, which they did not do. They also sent an email after thee fact saying they did not have the balloon I ordered, so instead of refunding the cost, they said they "added even more flowers". I have uploaded the photo from their site (1) the bouquet my BFF received, and the 2nd photo is the image are the flowers I thought I was. Buying, the I will never order from them again.
This has been the worst possible experience! Ridiculously bad service, awful communication, broken terms, and conditions and timing. Nothing was made properly
Well, the main point is the flowers weren't delivered on the delivery day, 2/3 of purchased items were not delivered at all and it was even not the same day delivery! The delivery was for the Birthday girl, and she got it the next day when it was no longer her BirthDAY and not all that should've made her happier even came to her
The order details:
The flower delivery was set up and paid in the middle of the work hours and it was arranged for the next day
I got an email about a required flower substitution At 10:27 a.m. on the delivery day and it was approved by me 2 minutes later.
In terms of our agreement, I made all that was necessary from my side and without any delays in terms of payment, communication or providing the necessary delivery details. Canada Flowers did not do anything right from their side
1) The Delivery did not happen on the delivery day that they have confirmed
I asked them why via email. They said "due to a system error our affiliate did not receive our request to proceed with the substitution yesterday" and gave me a freaking 15% discount off for the NEXT time order as if they'd expect me to have one.
The avg cheque for flowers is usually $100-$150, so the wasted order alongside their customers ' plans is equal to around $15-23 for them I suppose.
2) I did not get all the items that I paid for and did not notify me and did not refund me. So, partly it ended up being a scam
I purchased 3 items: flowers, a big birthday balloon and a cute teddy bear. They delivered only flowers without giving me any note that they were not able to deliver what I paid for and they did not refund it yet also
The resolution, they failed every single step they were responsible for.
I do not recommend it for sure!
Avoid it in all possible ways. Or if you have to deal with them, just mind that your order might not be delivered, or something else may be delivered instead, or not all of what you purchased might be delivered.
I ordered flowers from Canadaflowers.ca, when the original flowers I ordered from another company, did not get delivered. I ordered on 05/14/18 and they were delivered as promised the next day. They were absolutely beautiful and fresh. I'm so pleased. I would definitely recommend this company.
I would strongly discourage you from using Canada Flowers if the flowers you are sending are for a significant or important event. Canada Flowers claims to care about customer satisfaction but this is far from what I have experienced. For the 2nd time, they have failed to deliver my order on the agreed upon day. This happened for my daughter's high school graduation when the flowers just weren't delivered and the order was cancelled and then more recently when I ordered flowers for a birthday celebration. In this instance they delivered the flowers 2 days early because of impending weather forecast for the day BEFORE the party. They did this on a Thursday at 1:30 in the afternoon, 2.5 days early without my okay which I would not have given. They didn't even leave a voice mail letting me know this was happening. The flowers were delivered 50+ hours early! Extremely disappointing and I was insultingly offered a $14 refund. All other businesses were opened on the day of the party and I would just have used another florist. With no help from customer support, I even appealed to the owner of Canada Flowers: Dennis Sunstrum the day before the event for a refund so I could buy new flowers but after a week he has not even responded.
