Do not order ANYTHING from these scam artists. The description said cotton/linen and it is NOT. 100% polyester. The piece maybe should cost $5.00 as it likely cost them $2.00 to make. Also, it took a month to receive. Asking for money back.

Ordered items months ago. As of today haven't recieved one! Sent emails and recieved a fake tracking number in return. Trying to get my money back through PayPal.
Ordered 3 months ago and I have not received anything. I will be reporting them to the better businesses bureau. Would anyone like to go in on a law suit? This company should be stopped from stealing from people.
Same story. I've ordered few items on chicalily.com 3 month ago. Got from them an email with confirmation and tracking number. Yet the tracking number was not found in the delivery system... Actually it was fake number. After I've requested them to return money, they have stopped responding.
Is there any way to sue them?
I received 4 dresses instead of 5 after two months and all are completely different from photos and descriptions. It was written that they were in cotton but they are completely acrylic. Horrible. I shall never buy again from this company. It is a fraud.

I PAIED FEDEX MYSELF, NOT THEM AS THEY TOLD ME AND THE DRESSES ARE HORRIBLE, MADE IN 100% POLYESTER, NOT IN LINEN OR COTON LINEN, NOT EMBROIDERED WITH RIBBONS AND FLOCHES, ONLY PRINTED WITH THOSE DRAWS. I CAN NOT SELD THEM TO ANYONE. I OPEN A DISPUTE VIA PayPal, HOPE THEY CAN HELP
I have not received my items that I ordered 27 Apr order number CAPYI*******, I did not receive and update and had to send out an email 30 May. I said that if they had not shipped my items then do not send them. Thy replied with they sent my items if I wanted to cancel they will charge me 15% handling fee and they sent me a tracking number. The tracking number did not work and I reached out again they said it was sent out and due to the pandemic etc it has caused delays. The response to my email has been exceptional but everything else has been terrible. I cannot track it because the tracking number does not pull up on any site. I will go about getting my money back with my cc company since I never received the items. It is a shame because I actually wanted what I ordered.
I ordered more than a month ago. Items not received and emails and Facebook messages not answered. Have reported them to PayPal and hope to get my money back.
