Say what you will of Deepak Chopra and Oprah, these guided meditations are really great. I think just about anyone could benefit from them. Just like exercise or eating your vegetables, we should all be meditating and this is a great start for most people.
I paid for an annual membership and find the medications to be invaluable, however the site has been locking me out every couple of weeks and they don't fix it. I have to go back and forth with email with them, they give me a temp password, it works for a few days only. They are completely incompetent.

My public negative reviews seem to have inspired them to repair the technical problems. In our tech-driven world, this is the way a customer can get through to a seller. I am pleased with the end result. Technology is an insidious problem in our world. Try to make it work for you. The Chopra "app" is invaluable for neurotic people of all varieties, OCD etc if one is open minded. Thanks to Chopra for the fix.
