Can't log in, stopped trying for a few years. Tried again. They don't care. They do nothing. And their delivery provider leaves impossibly heavy delivery in mailroom at top of steep stairs, repeatedly, instead of to apt door in spite of clear instructions given by me to them. Think Vitacost would try to accommodate me on THAT if they can't even service problems with their website?

I paid for an annual membership and find the medications to be invaluable, however the site has been locking me out every couple of weeks and they don't fix it. I have to go back and forth with email with them, they give me a temp password, it works for a few days only. They are completely incompetent.

My public negative reviews seem to have inspired them to repair the technical problems. In our tech-driven world, this is the way a customer can get through to a seller. I am pleased with the end result. Technology is an insidious problem in our world. Try to make it work for you. The Chopra "app" is invaluable for neurotic people of all varieties, OCD etc if one is open minded. Thanks to Chopra for the fix.

Zoom intersects our lives whether we want it to or not, so when it malfunctions and you do not pay for a Zoom account, you are screwed. My computer microphone is perfectly fine but it does not work in Zoom so any meetings or classes that are on Zoom, that I attend on my computer are defective experiences and they give no support. For people on the Zoom community who lost their mic during a job interview, as some have noted, this is truly a horrible bind. You can't reach them but they are in your face, in your life.

Tip for consumers:
Zoom is a platform most people online who attend meetings or classes must deal with at some point. Zoom is embedded into society but when they malfunction, you have no options. I took my laptop to a major national computer retailer that services all their products if one has a service contract, which I do have. There is nothing wrong with the mic on my laptop. They uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and that did not help. I cannot be heard when participating in Zoomed classes or meetings

Called within 7 hours of placing order online. Knew I had made a mistake. For the next 3 days I was told I'd have to talk to my acct mngr but that I could not contact them and neither could customer service. Another 3 days they talk about cancelling when it had already shipped. 7 days later no return label via email because "it's" with the Executive Resolution Dept. Wayfair is a joke. Insufficient staff, jammed up with automated systems and fancy dept names like Executive Resolution Dept. What other retail company does business like this?
