I've had their service for about 3 years now. When i first joined the operator was very pushy and talking very rapidly. Last year I wanted to change my data plan. I was buying too much for what I needed. The operator was so pushy and acted like me changing the data plan was coming out of his paycheck. I get it you gotta upsell me on the plan, but I didn't need it. Your commercials say the opposite.
I was very happy with Consumer Cellar when i was with them, but found a better deal so I paid off and closed my account, I had just bought a new phone through them and gave it too my sister as she has CC, the phone is 3 months old and the on and off switch was sticking, the CC people told her they will not replace it even though it is under warranty, very disappointed, I will not be back.

I had this company for my phone service.for 3 yrs. Never needed help from them. Tought the phone at store Bhen my phone died, and a new sim or battery made it work. So I decided to go with them again. When I called to set up my new phone, it had to be done online. The 2 different people I spoke with, 1 was just plainly ignorant about his job. Problem on the site and I couldn't register phone. H said thanks for not helping me and hung up. Tried again on my own to figure out what I did wrong. So next day I called again. Told the Rep. The problem and she was talking down to me just rude. So I dropped the account. I did ask for the supervisor and was told she left the office! God service with phone. If you need support good luck with that.
