I had this company for my phone service.for 3 yrs. Never needed help from them. Tought the phone at store Bhen my phone died, and a new sim or battery made it work. So I decided to go with them again. When I called to set up my new phone, it had to be done online. The 2 different people I spoke with, 1 was just plainly ignorant about his job. Problem on the site and I couldn't register phone. H said thanks for not helping me and hung up. Tried again on my own to figure out what I did wrong. So next day I called again. Told the Rep. The problem and she was talking down to me just rude. So I dropped the account. I did ask for the supervisor and was told she left the office! God service with phone. If you need support good luck with that.

I have been ordering from Collections Etc. for over 10 yrs. Customer service has been very helpful any time I have contacted them by email or phone. Have seldom had to do so however good to know they are there if needed.
I have purched outdoor decorations, clothing, statues and nic-nacs for indoor decoration. Many other items also. They have unusual items as well as needed items. I love the fiber optics on some decorative items, this is 1st and probably only place I have seen them. Watch out for actual size. Some items look larger than actual size. Learned the hard way. Delivery always goes well. Sorry I can not photos, it is due to my not having a smartphone or any camera. Hope this is helpful to someone here.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful to know the size of items (except clothing), that you know the size due to most items look larger than they are.

I have ordered from this online site a few times in the past 5 or 5 years with no problem. However I placed an order in March of this year and didn't receive it. I kept checking the site for my delivery to be sent. I could see my order in my account and it had not yet shipped as of 3 weeks later. About 2 months later I was not able to contact customer service on site. I did google and found a phone no. For the
business, I called a a woman who was cold to me told me that ordered had not shipped yet but would soon. Could get no questions answered. I actually forget about the order I placed. I honestly do not remember trying to contact them again until today. I went to the site today and saw my order when I logged in, The site does not have a customer service page to contact them. I again looked up the phone no. And tried to call 2 times in the last 1/2 hour. Only got a recording saying to call back during business hours which were 8 to 6 est. My calls were at 5pm and a few minutes later. I am est. Googled to find another way to reach them. Found a link to chat with dollar general.com. That led to to a page that was a bogus site but had the email link as officially belonging to dollar general. I found a street address for the company. I will be writing tonight a letter stating I want a refund! My bank will be notified also. Order placed in March 2022 and today is Sept. 2022! Hope this is helpful to someone.

Before making a purchase, dheck to see if there is a way to actually have contact with customer service.
