I purchased 4 cases of snickers for my office These arrived during our third heat wave in Connecticut and were not packed with cooler blocks or any type of insulation I contacted customer service who wanted to issue a return label The fundamental issue was that all NINETY-SIX candy bars were liquid and essentially chocolate pudding. Needless to say I discarded them
I ordered deodorant, could not read fine print. When received it was not what I had asked for. Told to email within 24 hours, did this, bounced back, called, no phone working, emailed again. Finally they responded and said I got what I ordered, end of story. No refund, no chance to return it, nothing. Very curt rude emails. I would not recommend this company as it is not legit and does not honor their policies. STAY AWAY from this company. I reported them to my credit card company as a dispute.

I placed my order like 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. They never answer the phone. The company is a joke
Stay away from this company. I requested three tubs of candy for a candy dispenser at work. Two of the tubs arrived ok and the other was suppose to be Starburst jelly beans and received the starburst soft chews instead they don't work in the candy dispenser. Same day I received my order I reached out to them to to let them know what happened and that I would like the correct tub of candy sent as well as sending me a return label for the soft chews. No answer to my first two emails, on the third email the gal asked what the problem was, which I clearly explained in my first two emails. Sent a fourth email, and a fifth asking for a refund for what I did not receive and a return label to send back the unopened tub of Soft Chew Starburst. No response yet. I will never do business with this company again and I encourage you to buy from someone else or you might get burned like I did. My final act on this issue will be to report this company to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that people reading this will use caution when considering a purchase from this company.
